I hold a certificate in teaching mindfulness meditation. I am currently undergoing additional certification in Somatic Trauma Healing under Katie Asmus and NLP & Hypnosis under David Key. In addition I’ve been delving into my own healing work under the mentorship of my teacher Cory Muscara for four years and have done Internal Family Systems work with the help of Jen Patterson .
