I’m Andy Curran, and while my roots are in Central Texas, the mountains of colorful Colorado recently called me home. As a nature lover with an unwavering passion for exploration, you’ll often find me adventuring outdoors, exploring hiking trails, and basking in sounds of the wind through the Aspen leaves.
Who Am I?
I’m a certified meditation teacher, mindfulness practitioner, and somatic experiencing teacher. My approach is woven from deeply personal healing work—including years of mentorship under Cory Muscara and extensive Internal Family Systems (IFS) work with Jen Patterson. I’ve also received certification as a Trauma Informed Somatic Experiencing Teacher under Katie Asmus.
Beyond certifications, I’m simply a whimsical weirdo who loves nature and guiding humans through their healing journeys! Through navigating the deepest of grief, I’m rediscovering myself and wholeness.
What I Do:
Through my own healing, I’ve collected a “bag of holding”—a toolkit filled with practical exercises, tips, tricks, and pebbles of knowledge that have helped me along the way. I’d love to help you find the tools that will support you throughout life’s rockiest transitions.
