2. If you feel safe, you may choose to close your eyes: Gently close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, and exhale slowly through your nose. Allow yourself to relax into the moment. Please note, if it does not feel safe to do so you can do this visualization with your eyes open and relaxed on a distant point.

5. Bring the Sun Closer: In your mind’s eye, slowly bring the sun closer to you. See it descending gently from the sky until it hovers just above your head.
